What happens if I stop the managed service?

Your hardware keeps opening the last Google review page we verified for your business. Monthly reports, included link changes, support, and other managed benefits stop.

Can I change the Google review link later?

Yes. Managed service includes verified link changes without reprogramming the plaque or card. Hardware-only purchases keep the original link; changes require a separate quote.

Does the monthly report show completed reviews?

No. AIDORank reports tap and scan events only. It does not identify reviewers, read review content, or calculate a review conversion rate.

Which hardware options can I order?

Available options may vary. The examples include fixed plaques, portable cards, and countertop stands. Some use NFC only; others can include NFC + QR. Your quote confirms the exact hardware, design, and any included holders or accessories.

How do I get pricing?
