Quote requests
When you request a pilot quote, The AIDO Engine stores the information you submit so we can assess fit, prepare a quote, and follow up. This may include your business and contact details, location count, product interests, and message.
Tap and scan events
AIDORank records the assigned business and route, NFC or QR source, UTC time, broad device category, and coarse country code. The tap analytics database does not store raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, Google account information, review content, or reviewer identities.
What reporting means
Managed reports describe tap and scan activity. They do not identify unique customers, confirm completed reviews, or calculate review conversion.
Retention
Raw tap events are retained for 90 days. Monthly aggregates may be retained for 24 months. Quote and customer records are retained only as needed to operate and document the business relationship.
Abuse prevention and preferences
To limit quote-form spam, the application briefly reads the network IP address and stores only a salted fingerprint with a request counter. The counter uses a one-hour window; expired records are removed by the daily cleanup. This is separate from tap analytics and is not used to identify reviewers. Your selected light or dark theme is saved in your browser.
Security and processors
The service uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers, D1, Access, and Turnstile. Cloudflare processes network and browser data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Application diagnostics omit request bodies, raw IPs, and browser identifiers; automatic Worker invocation logs are disabled and query strings are redacted. Administrative access is restricted to the authorized AIDO operator. The marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Opening a review destination takes you to Google, whose own privacy practices apply. AIDORank does not receive your Google review or account details.
